15 Minute Slam Ball Workout

Changing up pieces of fitness equipment is a fun way to stay motivated with your workouts! Today I am demonstrating a quick 15 minute workout to do with a slam ball.

Slam balls are hard rubber balls filled with sand. They are great for full body workouts and dynamic exercises.

If you are new to using a slam ball I recommend using a ball on the lighter side. All workouts are given as a guide, please exercise at your own discretion and always ensure you are cleared by a doctor before beginning any fitness program.

Workout breakdown

Set a timer for 15 minutes & complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises:

  1. 20 slams

  2. 10/side rainbow slams

  3. 20 triceps extensions

  4. 20 chest passes

take rest breaks as needed!
