15 Minute Workout Guide: Week 2

We made it through another week. If you have been following the workouts along on instagram i’m sure you are just as sore as I am today. If not here is a recap on our week so you can do the workouts at home.

Day 4, !5 minute workout, emphasis on shoulders and upper body
Day 5 of my 15 minute home workout guide. Todays workout has an emphasis on lower body with some core work.
Day 6 of my 15 minute in home workouts. Today is a full body workout with a 60 second timer to start and ending with a 15 second timer.
