15 Minute Kettlebell Workout

Give me something quick and give me something effective! Kettlebells are one of my favorite pieces of equipment to train with.

Whenever I feel like motivation is lacking, I switch up a try a workout with a new piece of equipment. Today I am sharing with you a quick workout that you can do in the comfort of your home or garage!

This workout will get you toned and it will have you working up a sweat!

All the equipment you will need is a kettlebell. I prefer to have a heavy kettlebell as well as a light kettlebell!

Kettlebell Workout!

  1. Kettlebell swings (20)

  2. Figure 8’s (10/Way)

  3. Reverse lunge with a kettlebell pass (10/side)

  4. Deadlifts (20)

    Complete as many sets as you can in 15 minutes!
