Full body fat burning workout

Full body fat burning circuit- 4 circuits complete 10 rounds of each 3 times.

Today’s backyard workout is a full body workout that targets all major muscle groups, and gets your heart rate elevated. When it comes to my workouts I like a variety. I need exercises to target multiple muscle groups at once, that way I burn the most amount of calories in the least amount of time.

Equipment needed:

If you live in the Oceanside area I found this awesome little store called 5 below. Everything in the store is $5 and under. With the new year and everyone having the goal in mind to lose weight they had a great selection of workout equipment. I ended up purchasing the step seen in my video there. If you aren’t in the area I will link a similar one on amazon.

The workout

The workout consist of a compound movement, followed by an exercise to get your heart rate elevated. Complete 3 rounds of 10 repetitions before moving to the next circuit.

Circuit one:

  • Split squat with a biceps curl

  • Elevated mountain climbers

Circuit two:

  • Up & over push ups

  • Squat drop box jumps

Circuit three:

  • Single leg glute bridge

  • Glute bridge

  • Burpee

Circuit four(core circuit):

  • Plank rows

  • V-up crunches

Complete each circuit 3 time through completing 10 repetitions of each exercise. The goal is to keep your heart rate elevated. Limit the rest time between exercises, but rest 1 minute between circuits.
