5 exercises you can do in your home to burn a lot of calories!
Like i’ve said before, i’m all about burning the most amount of calories in the least amount of time. Full body workouts are my jam. I like to push myself, get my heart rate elevated, and get a good sweat in! The only piece of equipment you will need is a pair of dumbbells.
This workout is 5 exercises
Lunge with a lateral shoulder raise
Single leg row to a triceps kick back
Deadlift to upright row
10 reps will be performed of each exercise. After you have completed the first round, rest for 1 minute catch your breath and repeat it again 3 times! Use an appropriate weight.
